Live In Care Manager

This group role will see you work across several well-known brands in the region such as Trinity Homecare, Berkeley Home Health and Corinium Care.

We are looking for 2 Live in Care Managers to cover the North and East of England.

You will be responsible for leading the live-in care service with compassion and to fully support the commercial plans for your geographical area. Based mainly in the field you will have full responsibility for the development and growth of your staff and client base. Through building relationships and networking with other care professionals you will be always responsible for the quality and delivery of personal centred care.

We are looking for:

• NVQ in Health and Social Care Management (Level 5/Level 4 RMA)
• Strong experience of managing service provision in the care sector, ideally within a domiciliary and/or care agency
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Skills in assessment and care planning with a good understanding of different conditions in order to deal with more complex care
• Great organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations and other legislation that we operate under
• Driver required
